Founder James Goossen has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. As a Red Seal carpenter and ACI-certified concrete finisher, James has overseen a wide range of residential, agricultural and commercial projects. Prior to moving to British Columbia, he gained valuable experience running Countryview Homes with his father, a trusted construction company in Roblin, Manitoba.

In August 2025, James and his family moved to Cranbrook, BC, to begin a new chapter in the Kootenays. With Coldstone Concrete, the goal is simple: deliver dependable, long-lasting results for homeowners, businesses, and farms across the region.
